Filtering in DataProcessor has got some clever improvements. It may be slightly different from what you are used to. When you now filter via the grey bar, a % sign is added at the end. The % sign is a wildcard, which means that in this case you are going to filter on everything that starts with the entered value. In the old way, the filter always searched for everything containing the entered value. You can now enter multiple search options via the bar, for which the _ and % are available. Follow the introduction video for an extensive explanation of the possibilities.
Options & accessories
When you use the options & accessories, you can now also define the type of link. By indicating whether it is a spare part, comparable product, accessory, etc., you give more information about the link between the main product and the subproduct.
When managing a mapping, you now have the option to sort the fields, but make sure that you fill in the required fields first before sorting.
The classification module now suggests a code when adding a new class, characteristic or value. This also takes into account the used prefixes.
When a product is not fully classified, the article number manufacturer code is displayed in red on the classification screen.

Text generator now has a better alignment for scrollbars. The tabs in AutoPub are merged together, so you have all the important data in one view. Managing AutoPub is faster because you don't have to switch between tabs to see the results. The flexible import and export tiles are in alphabetical order to filter them easily. Quick excel export is now also available for the surcharges view.
EezyBridge can now store assets from URL locations without extensions by using header information from the server. Generating text with Text Generator can be a time consuming, complex process. Using the editing text rules, you now get informed as to which rule has an incorrect formula. By using an intelligent delta, the texts are available much faster.
For the wholesaler
As a wholesaler, importing product information with empty order codes is possible by using the import formats BMECat 3.1, 4.0.3, INSBOU004 and DICO.

You can now easily delete products, articles, prices, surcharges or media by creating a filter using the new bulk delete function. A confirmation pop-up shows the number of rows that will be deleted. For media, you can choose to remove only specific languages or media types. Please note: You are not able to undo a bulk delete (for retrieval of deleted products or media, please contact ProPlanet).
Are you using the multilingual fields? You can use these new fields in the classification views; configure your preferred language in the settings view. Multilingual and custom fields are also available as standard in AutoPub. Technical developments to improve import speed have also been implemented.
In previous versions of DataProcessor, you can import and export surcharges. The new surcharges view shows the stored surcharges. You can also amend surcharges utilising this view. Open the surcharges view using the 4th icon at the top bar behind the DataProcessor tile from the homepage.

Import better is ready!
The import process has been changed, and now you no longer have to wait in DataProcessor for your import. You will be informed by e-mail that you can continue with your import. The import has superior search options, statistics and can hide saved import preferences. Visit the ProPlanet Academy to get a first impression.
BMECat multiple relations
This version makes it possible to import multiple relations via a BMECat file, through an intermediate step you can match the BMECat relations with existing relations in DataProcessor. The matches are saved for future imports.
The BETA version is in the latest test fase. From the new release it will also be available in production. The API 2.0 has a better performance and supports over a 1000 products per invocation instead of 50. The to be received data have been extended with multiple prices and multilingual fields.
Import preferences per relation
In the Scheduler it is possible to indicate beforehand which fields will be overwritten, supplemented or left unchanged during an import. This functionality is now also available for the manual import. Preferences per relation can only be set for manual imports.
In AutoPub, it is possible to broaden the tree structure. The import of CSV files is now validated before import. We further continue to develop import improvements.

Changes in DataProcessor are now logged more extensively. This means that our staff can investigate issues quickly and provide quicker solutions.
Preparing for better imports
In future versions of DataProcessor, importing files can be started and alert you when the import is ready to view. We are working hard on a start / continue screen that will give you more insight into the changes.

Textgenerator filter options
Several customers use the text generator. They experience problems that the first 50 products of a class do not always represent the complete group. Therefore, in this version it is possible to use a filter
INSBOU004 improved validation
An export of SALES004 gives some validation problems. In the new version, default standards are used so the export is valid.
Active languages now also in AutoPub
In the previous version of DataProcessor, multilingualism was activated. AutoPub now also uses these languages, which you can activate in the settings.
In this version, additional checks are built in so that duplicate lines are not allowed by DataProcessor. The new update will automatically keep the last modified record and remove older ones. Delete duplicate records yourself if you do not want this to be done automatically.
